Built on Integrity. Driven by Craft.
Founded by Jackson Rathert in 2000, Regal Custom Builders was built on a simple conviction: Colorado homeowners deserved a builder who would treat their project with the same care as a master craftsman building their own home.
Two Decades of Colorado Craftsmanship
In 2000, Jackson Rathert founded Regal Custom Builders with a small team of passionate craftsmen and a determination to raise the standard for custom home building in Colorado Springs. In his first decade, Jackson established the company's reputation building custom homes throughout the Flying Horse and Black Forest communities.
As the portfolio grew, so did the capabilities. Jackson expanded the design-build division in 2010, bringing architecture, design, and construction under one roof — eliminating the gaps that frustrate homeowners and delay projects.
Today, under Jackson's leadership, Regal Custom Builders is recognized as one of Colorado's premier custom builders, with over 340 homes and 580+ remodeling projects completed across the Colorado Springs region. Jackson personally oversees every project, ensuring each client receives the attention and craftsmanship they deserve.
Jackson and his team build in Colorado because they love Colorado. Every member of the crew lives and raises a family here. That personal investment shows in every nail they drive.
