Transformation of a poorly built home

The house was under construction when we contracted to take it over.  We removed the hardwood flooring and tile throughout the house as well as all of the showers in the house.  We had to also remove both staircases in the house as they were not built to code.  We also added insulation that was insufficient to keep the house warm.  We installed synthetic stucco on the house, rebuilt the decks so the area below would remain dry from snow and rain.  We installed custom handrails on the main deck, master deck, and the Juliet balcony.  We installed new custom staircases and modified from the original design to create an open feeling for the main room and the basement.  We installed custom bent handrails with rod iron balusters and panels on the staircase.  Also, we installed new tile in the showers, pebble tile accent in the shower with zero entry with custom glass shower doors, plumbing fixtures hardwood floors throughout the house and completed the kitchen including installing the appliances.  We installed the driveway, retaining walls, and columns with lights to illuminate the driveway.
